Welcome to LARC

The London Action Resource Centre (LARC) is a collectively run building providing space and resources for people and groups working on self-organised, non-hierarchical projects for radical social change. The resources of the building include office space, computer and internet facilities, a roofgarden, a radical reference library, banner-making and tool space, as well as meeting and event rooms. If you’re interested in using the space, or in helping to maintain and develop its resources and activities, please get in touch with the LARC collective at the address or phone number opposite or email:  info@londonarc.org

LARC has regular monthly meetings for all user groups of the building which current and potential users are welcome to attend. The guidelines for booking and using the building can be read on the About page of the site.

LARC is part of the UK Social Centres Network – a grass roots initiative to establish a network between self identified radical independent social and community centres in the United Kingdom. There is no single policy statement but a general desire to improve communication and co-operation between the growing number of autonomous spaces to share resources, ideas and information. For more on a social or resource centre near you or the network in general see: www.socialcentresnetwork.wordpress.com

LARC also has many community groups in its membership (including yoga, mixed martial arts, etc) and more are always welcome.
